WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ABOUT USERS OF THE WORKSPACE(S). This section applies to those users of the Hoeman Capital’s Workspaces. If you only use the public website, this section does not apply to you. Hoeman Capital intends for its Workspaces to serve as a hub designed for persons, businesses, or other entities to share information or to communicate with respect to a specific transaction or venture. For each Workspace, parties will designate a manager who shall have the authority to add participants. Profiles. Managers adding you to a Workspace for the first time will provide certain information about you, such as your name, your company or employer, email address, and phone number. Using this information, Hoeman Capital will provide each participant a user ID and password to access the Workspace and to create a profile. Upon signing into the Workspace for the first time, you will be presented with the profile information previously provided to us. You can change or update your profile information at any time by logging into the system with your provided user ID and password. By providing, updating, or accepting your profile information, you consent to the use of such information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. Once your profile information has been entered into our system, this information is added to the participant list for each Workspace you have been authorized to access. Other participants of such Workspace(s) may then have access to your profile information. Communications. After becoming a participant to a Workspace, you may receive certain email alerts relating to your use of such Workspace. Emails will be sent to the email address(es) listed in your profile. Hoeman Capital may use your profile information to contact you regarding your and/or your company’s use of a Workspace, for customer support purposes, and to inform you of updates, modifications, and other matters relating to your use of a Workspace. You may decline to receive emails from Hoeman Capital that do not relate directly to your access to or use of a Workspace. History. As a function of the Workspace, Hoeman Capital also will maintain a history of your access to a Workspace and certain actions taken by you while accessing the Workspace (i.e., accessing documents and/or performing searches). Hoeman Capital may log user IP addresses, websites from which the user accessed the Workspace, and a user’s type of browser (collectively “User Log Information”). Data regarding your access to a Workspace, including User Log Information, will be made available to managers or owners of that Workspace. Hoeman Capital may use the User Log Information in order to troubleshoot, avoid access problems, create statistical analyses, or assist in the development/enhancement of services and products provided by Hoeman Capital.
WHO IS COLLECTING THIS INFORMATION. Hoeman Capital collects the information described above via the Website. In the case of third-party features such as advertising, co-branded areas, or links to other websites, such third parties may also collect information. You should review the applicable privacy policies of these third parties before providing personally identifiable information. Hoeman Capital is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties.
USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION. Hoeman Capital does not exchange, lease, or sell your name or e-mail address information. Hoeman Capital does not provide, sell, or make available its customer list, or any part or subset of its customer data, to any third parties. Data that we have about you is for Hoeman Capital’s use only.
